The Villas and Townhomes at Cortina are part of a 23-lot single-family and condominium complex within the Telluride Ski Resort. This project consisted of provisions for utilities and services, complex grading and retaining wall design, site layout, erosion control, and stormwater management. Preliminary plans, excavation plans, construction plans, and plot plans were created while coordinating various aspects of this complex site with the design consultants and the Town of Mountain Village Design Review Board.
