Country Club Village is a commercial development in the City of Westminster. The site location will enable upscale development in the older parts of the City of Westminster. It is perfectly situated between large city streets and residential developments so as to provide for easy accessibility and livability. The development covers a total of 20 acres and includes many multi-tenant retail and office buildings and a mountain side fitness center.
