High Point, located in Commerce City, Colorado, is a single-family development that consists of 145 homes. The homes are strategically placed and designed on newly flourishing plots of land and are designed specifically to account for the mountainous views of the area. For the projects, Calibre designed overlot grading, a storm drainage system, streets, and utilities of overlot grading and infrastructure. Features of the civil design include water quality ponds and detailed drainage flow analysis. Because of its residential nature, High Point required coordination with regional detention pond facilities.
