The Mandalay Gardens Super Target Center was the primary anchor of an overall commercial master plan for a 60 acre "town center" type development in Westminster. This transportation oriented development (TOD) included a park and ride facility, future parking garage, and other mass transit friendly features. The development is located in the central business area of Westminster, Colorado, making it an essential addition to the town's growth and expansion. The engineering featured the design of major drainage infrastructure, in addition to site design for parking, utilities, and a major drainage crossing structure.
