The Marine Special Operations Center Campus is a multiple BEQ (Bachelor's Enlisted Quarters) buildings facility, dining hall, and recreation center, which is part of a master planned military school/training center totaling more than 300 living quarters. Calibre designed the civil site improvements for the barracks, a dining facility, and an activity center which included a basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, barbeque areas, and an artificial turf area. Calibre also designed parking areas across the site for approximately 420 vehicles. The civil design on this project included water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, and storm sewer utilities to serve the site. There were 10.5 acres of site grading and earthwork, and Calibre provided a water quality and detention pond design with vegetative filter/treatment and controlled outfall structure. Off-site utility improvements were also included in this project.
