At the New River site, Calibre will be providing services for several Bachelor's Enlisted Quarters (BEQs). The projects are extensive and comprehensive, allowing Calibre to provide civil, construction management, project management, and coordination services. Together, the sites will encompass more than 250,000 square feet of living space, including 500 sleeping rooms for over 1000 personnel and 4 ADA compatible rooms. The 25.5 acres will include exterior design of parking (almost 800 spaces), sidewalks, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pinic shelters, wash and dry down areas, and fire hydrants. Calibre is providing site grading, storm drainage, utilities, horizontal control, PNG gas lines, detention, water quality ponds, stormwater pollution prevention, wetlands considerations, future development consideration, erosion control, water, sewer, fire access, roadway modifications, and demolitions planning. All sites will be LEED certified and in accordance with anti-terrorist force protection (ATFP) standoff requirements.
