North Range Town Center is a commercial development along one of Commerce City's main thoroughfares, locating it perfectly for City access. Calibre's design included the overlot grading for the 7 acre site, utility infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, and detailed design for a multi-tenant retail building. Although the project was relatively typical, it was complicated by simultaneous development in the same and surrounding areas. Because of this concurrent devlopment, Calibre had to work alongside various engineering and city officials to coordinate project details and work space.
