Quebec Riverdale is a single and multi-family residential development that was designed by Calibre in early 2001. Located at the corner of 128th Avenue and Quebec Street, Qubec Riverdale is perfectly situated amongst newly developing commercial areas. Calibre was responsible for the drainage infrastructure improvements, a task which, due to the size and complexity of the project, was a challenge. Issues included accounting for the surrounding developments, solving the unavailability of a sanitary sewer, preserving the bordering drainageways - Horizon Tributary to Brantner Gulch and Plains Tributary to Brantner Gulch, adhering to numerous City requirements, and analyzing the impact of box culvert elevations.
