The Westmoor Technology Park is a large, master-planned, industrial, commercial, and golf course development, spanning over 7 10-acre sites and a 320 acre site. Individual parcels range from office sites to a recreation center, including the associated water, sewer, drainage, and street infrastructure. Because the site incorporates some of the most important street structures of the City of Westminster, the careful design of a major collector, in addition to the local highway, was essential. Members of Calibre's staff also designed the golf course drainage, a number of ponds, regional drainage improvements, a raw water delivery system, several miles of arterial roads, and state Highway modifications, while at other firms.
