The mountain region includes Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana, but it is noteworthy that 31 out of the 50 top starts are in the State of Colorado. As a result of its hot residential and land development construction markets, its overwhelming influx of new residents, and its draw for millennial jobseekers, Colorado sprouted some of the nation’s most unique projects in 2015.
