One of a series of local healthcare centers, the Northpoint Medical Center is a two-story 40,000 SF community hospital and medical office building on 3.1 acres. Calibre’s services included project planning and specifications; permitting and regulatory approvals, entitlement documents, construction documents including grading plans, utility analysis and plan and profile design, landscape design and irrigation planning, erosion and sedimentation control; drainage/stormwater facility analysis and design; traffic analysis, platting, and record drawings.
