Calibre is providing preliminary design for 38th Avenue in Denver from Himalaya to Picadilly. The contract includes right-of-way (ROW) and easement services, CLOMR, wetlands and Threatened and Endangered Species (T&ES) report, construction documents, design survey, stormwater management plan, roadway design, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, erosion control, overall utility plan, and traffic signal plan for Picadilly.
 
The roadway design consists of 5,300 LF of four lane arterial roadway.
