Located in the heart of redeveloping Glendale, Colorado with premier placement next to Cherry Creek, this project consisted of a retail and entertainment center. It is approximately 4.5 acre and is generally bound by Cherry Creek Drive South, South Ash Drive, Exposition Avenue, and Colorado Boulevard.  The site is planned for approximately 25,000 SF retail, 87,000 SF hotel, and 490 parking spaces. It was awarded the  2014 Silver Medal for Best Built Mixed-Use Project in the US by the International Conference of Shopping Center (ICSC).
