Calibre provided civil engineering services for concept design of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at VISN 15 Cape Girardeau, MO. The project utilized a VA CBOC Prototype building to develop conceptual design for 43,000 SF of medical and medical office space, along with 290 parking spaces. The site included MRI Access Pad entry, loading dock and truck access, stormwater pond(s), security gates and perimeter fence, parking garage, and was assumed to be greenfield.
 
Services included conceptual design and site layout, site evaluation for major issues, review of existing conditions and slopes, drainage analysis and floodplain review, identification and review of existing utilities, utility connection plans, site feasibility analysis, concept design feasibility analysis, and other related services.
