Country Club Highlands is a 145,000 sqft commercial development in the City of Westminster. The high-profile site location will enable upscale development in the older parts of the City of Westminster. It is perfectly situated between large city streets and residential developments which will provide for easy accessibility and livability.

The development includes many multi-tenant retail and office buildings and a Mountainside Fitness Center. State highway access was paramount to the success of the center, and Calibre assisted by providing design and permit coordination with CDOT. Also of importance was the consideration of the area’s expansive soil conditions and steep terrain.


Calibre provided civil engineering services, infrastructure design, dry and wet utilities, platting, master layout, planning and final engineering, SWMP, construction documents, reports, design survey, overlot grading, utility stubs, horizontal control, vertical control, topographic survey, utility locates, drainage, legal descriptions, subconsultant management, and CDOT coordination.
