This project was a task order for our United States Air Force Academy On-Call contract. Project sought to design and demolish a golf clubhouse, including site utilities and hazardous materials abatement. Utilities include gas, water, electric, sanitary sewer, and communication, requiring coordination with the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs Utilities. Design includes service line trenching, backfill, site grading, drainage, and landscape services. $900,000.
