This project includes new construction of a one or two story 13,000 SF building on the existing Northern California Health Care System’s property after the demolition of three temporary buildings. The building will be utilized for the Social Work program, the Home Based Primary Care program, and the Home Telehealth program. The project also requires the demolition of a 3,552 SF ancillary building.
 
Calibre is providing civil engineering and landscape design services, including one site visit. Civil engineering includes service connections and grading immediately adjacent to the foundation.
