This project will construct a new assisted living and memory care facility at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. This will include 74 residential units, 20 memory care units, and 54 assisted living units. The project has been designed to emphasize connection with the outdoors. A gardening room will give residents a place for connecting with the earth and with artistic passions. The facility includes quiet rooms to give residents a safe, tranquil place.
 
The site will total 50,000 SF in building footprint. Services include preliminary engineer, construction drawings, drainage report, stormwater management plan, and construction phase services.
