This project consisted of a 127,000 SF, multistory mixed-care senior living facility with underground parking and associated infrastructure. The facility includes 16 independent living apartments, including 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom, and studios; 86 assisted living apartments; and 38 memory care residences. The facility is planned on 3.74-acres in the Ken Caryl Business Park and is designated a “Class A” facility. The complex includes a 40-bay underground parking garage.
 
The facility includes an ice cream parlour, therapy pool, fitness center, bar, lounge, game room,  dining facilities, offices, conference rooms, nursing and care facilities, and more.
 
Calibre provided civil engineering, including drainage and stormwater, utility studies, as-built review, agency coordination, site planning, site layout, grading, overall utility plan, grading and erosion control, water and sanitary utilities, and construction phase services.
