Calibre Engineering will provide civil engineering services and topo surveying services for a project in Thornton, CO. The site calls for a 50’X40’ building expansion for the Mike Shaw Subaru facility. The site is located at the southwest corner of the instersection of W 104th Ave and Pecos Street. 
 
Calibre will provide the following services: Provide site topography in immediate vicinity of building addition (does not include utility locates, property lines, curb cuts, easements, etc.), survey based on assumed datum, provide site plan, utility connection, provide basic tie-in grading for building into existing conditions, provide erosion control plan, provide drainage letter. The following has been excluded: Site plan assumes we will not recreate this document, an overall grading plan will not be required, sand/oil sizing/calculations, utility sizing, drainage report and calculations, structural calculations, no proposed new driveways, curb and gutter, or parking, specification documents.
