North Range Town Center is a mixed-use commercial development along one of Commerce City’s main thoroughfares, in an excellent location for City access. Calibre’s design included the overlot grading for the 17-acre site, utility infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, and detailed design for a multi-tenant retail building. To benefit this development, Calibre designed a regional sewer system throughout the project that benefitted numerous upstream developments and coordinated the outfall with the arterial roadway design.
 
Although the project was relatively typical, it was complicated by simultaneous development in the same and surrounding areas. Because of this concurrent development, Calibre had to work alongside various engineering and city officials to coordinate project details and work space.
