This project consisted of design and construction of a three-story hospital and medical office and administration building on 5.7-acres with 130 parking spaces. This project is uniquely sited to provided connectivity to the Farmers Highline Canal.
 
Services included project planning and specifications, permitting and regulatory approvals, entitlement documents, construction documents, grading plans, utility analysis and plan and profile design, landscape design and irrigation planning, erosion and sedimentation control, drainage/stormwater facility analysis and design, platting, and record drawings.
