This project will provide complete architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, communication, fire protection, and structural design for the modification of portion of the main warehouse space into a consolidated ‘Clean Room” storage space. The converted space will provide Break-out room, clean supply room, and a clean prep room.

The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) has two warehouse facilities. One facility is located at an off-site “El Campo Ave” warehouse and currently house the “Clean Room” Storage space to provide break-out, clean supply room and clean prep room. The lease for the El Campo warehouse will terminate in July 2019. Under this project, it is the intent to consolidate all the “Clean Room” operations into the Medical Center warehouse space.
