Calibre provided grading, erosion control, slope stability, spill containment, storm water conveyance, alternatives analysis, watershed analysis, and sediment and erosion repair for this storage site. The goal was to minimize storm pipe construction and to contain spill from on-site vehicle and other storage.
 
The 3-acre site design utilized a ‘no pipe’ solution that conveyed drainage to avoid puddling and flooding of driveways and parking. Security on-site was maintained throughout design and construction, access limitations were respected, and safety considered users, pedestrians, and assets.
