Calibre Engineering is providing civil engineering services for 378 single family homes, 269 multifamily homes, 3.3-acres of commercial, a 6.3-acre park, and two local detention ponds on 163 acres The project is bounded by Tower to the west, 96th Ave to the south and 100th Ave to the north.
 
Services have included conceptual site planning, alternatives analysis, PUD, landscape plan, utility plans, irrigation plans, platting and easements, channel conveyance, drainage, roadway design, utility coordination, grading and erosion control, detention and water quality ponds, and water transmission and distribution lines for 320-acres.
 
The infrastructure design has included over 20,000 LF of distribution lines and ancillary valves, hydrants, and PRVs. Also included in the project were approximately 18,000 LF of reuse water transmission and distribution lines, along with interconnects and service lines. Additional specifics included 25,000 LF of onsite irrigation/water, 5,000 LF of offsite water, 2 miles of sanitary line, 35,000 LF of roadway, and 15,000 LF of storm drainage. Pipe sizes ranged up to 24”.
