For this 600-acre school and church, the parish needed to rebuild the parking lot, student drop-off, and playing field areas in order to improve pedestrian safety, rehabilitate old paving, improve drainage, and organize traffic in the parking areas. To improve pedestrian safety, curbing and bollards were installed, separating pedestrians and vehicles. To rehabilitate the paving and to improve drainage, the parking lot was re-graded, and drainage pans were added. To organize traffic and decrease the grid-lock of vehicles existing the site after church services, the parking lot was restriped and islands were added.
