This project consisted of design and construction of a two-story, 40,000 SF community hospital and medical office building on 5-acres. The site included 97 parking spaces and emergency facilities.
 
Services included project planning and specifications, permitting and regulatory approvals, entitlement documents, construction documents, grading plans, utility analysis and plan and profile design, landscape design and irrigation planning, erosion and sedimentation control, drainage/stormwater facility analysis and design, platting, and record drawings.
